Quick Thoughts:

Before we begin, if you are not a Dragula fan – this compilation of queer holiday horror shorts may not be for you! However if you are a fan, don’t miss this Holiday of Horrors Anthology! Now, I must confess that I wasn’t the biggest fan of the first three shorts. I felt that they were interesting, but not fully fleshed out – even for a short film. The first left us hanging in an odd, unknowing way. The second started off mid-story, would’ve been good. The third wasn’t bad, it just felt incomplete.
However it’s the fourth queer holiday horror short that makes this anthology worth watching! An animated puppetry of Santa evokes the style of classic Rankin & Bass holiday films with a twist of horror and gore that is simply divine for Dragula style! Definitely worth watching for this short alone! So check it out, and let me know what you think.
