So this holiday film gets added to the Database because Claire’s daughter Taylor is a lesbian – who brings home a new girlfriend every year. Not sure what I was expecting, but the experience I had watching this film was likely not the one intended! I honestly couldn’t care about Claire, just like her own family.
I can get behind the crappy feeling of being left behind and underappreciated. But Clarie is obnoxious and things have to go her way all the time, no wonder her own family tunes her out! Even when they realize what they did and do their best to fix things with her, Claire has literally already left the state to do what she wants. When it comes time for the joyous reunion, she still doesn’t care. Is it a horrible holiday film? No, there are a LOT worse. But there are many more worth your time than this queer holiday film!
