Synopsis:
RuPaul’s Drag Race’ brings back eight fan favorites to compete for the title of America’s first “Drag Race Xmas Queen.”
Quick Thoughts:
This VH1 holiday TV special gave us a bit of a unique twist. Most importantly, the competition of the challenges wasn’t actually real since Ru declared every queen a winner. In reality, this special ended up being a holiday promo for Ru’s Christmas album which irked some folks. However, it’s one of the few times we get to see Ru actually perform, plus plenty of fun holiday festivities from everyone. It’s quite enjoyable!
