Join me at a Queer Film Watch Party!

I’ve had the idea to host online watch parties for a few years. It just took me a while to figure out how how to bring this amazing shared experience to life. And find folks keen to join me – which is where YOU come in.

Join me on any of the upcoming Watch Parties below and we all will watch a queer film together. Or I might showcase several queer short films. But the key part to note is that we will watch them together! While our microphones will be turned off, there will even be a side chat for us to discuss the movie or special moments as we watch.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Each party will either use a browser extension that will sync our respective streaming platforms – or I will share my screen with a browser-based platform and I will manage control of queer film. The required extension or platform is noted for each watch party. If a plugin is required, please download and install the plugin before the Watch Party.
  • If the Watch Party is on a platform that requires a subscription, then you will need to have your own subscription. However I’ll be highlighting platforms I recommend, so it’s worth having your own subscription to continue watching queer films!
  • You will need to redeem your ticket either using the form below or on each upcoming Watch Party to obtain the Watch Party URL.

Required Platforms & Extensions For Watch Parties:

To be able to sync everyone’s screens while watching the film(s), everyone is required to use the same platform and/or browswer extension. The platforms & extensions that will be used are shown below, as well as noted on each Watch Party’s page.

Remember: If the Watch Party requires an extension to attend, you MUST have the extension downloaded and installed for your browser before you can successfully join the Watch Party.
