Will & Grace

Synopsis:

Gay lawyer Will Truman and straight interior designer Grace Adler are best friends living in New York City. Grace is engaged to a real jerk until the relationship falls apart and she moves in with Will. It’s supposed to be temporary, until Grace finds her own place, but more and more it looks like a permanent arrangement. Grace’s secretary and assistant is fun-loving wealthy socialite Karen Walker; Jack McFarland is Will’s flamboyant gay friend.

Quick Thoughts:

What can be said about “Will & Grace” that hasn’t been already said? I absolutely love this queer series, and it was groundbreaking when it first aired in 1998. This sitcom is full of jokes and laughs, with some series storylines over the years. Unfortunately, it can come across as a bit dated and they did play heavy into stereotypes. However it’s important to note that we wouldn’t have the queer series and films we have today if it were for groundbreaking shows such as “Will & Grace”. Heck, they came back in 2017 after being off air for eleven years – and still made us laugh for a few more seasons. If you haven’t seen “Will & Grace” yet, this is a queer TV sitcom that’s worth watching.
