Heterosexual Jill

Synopsis:

A self-proclaimed “ex-lesbian,” Jill hunts down her ex-girlfriend Jamie to prove to herself that she is no longer attracted to her. “Heterosexual Jill” is a satire about sexuality where nothing is as it seems.

Quick Thoughts:

Heterosexual Jill is the sequel to Michelle Ehlen’s Butch Jamie. (Which eventually was turned into a trilogy with S&M Sally.) And must I say – this sequel is quite an improvement! This film is more enjoyable to watch, with better flow and overall cinematographic elements. But the most markedly improved aspect is the script, chock full of comedy that doesn’t feel forced. I actually loved the concept of Jill trying to escape being a lesbian – through one final relationship with her ex, a lesbian! Throw in the comedic side plot of Jamie’s ex-roommate and her friend over the sexy guy on the shoot, and it’s an enjoyable satirical romp. Even if you haven’t seen Butch Jamie, I encourage you to watch Heterosexual Jill!
